SERDA Presented the SPRING Project Component at the Future Human Capital Development Training
A representative of the Sarajevo Regional Development Agency (SERDA) participated in the training event "Building the Human Capital of the Future," organized by the Mozaik Foundation, which was held on 27 March at Hotel Terme in Ilidža. The event brought together representatives of partner municipalities and cities from across Bosnia and Herzegovina with the aim of strengthening cooperation and enhancing approaches to local community development.
During the training, SERDA presented the SPRING project component "Challenge to Change and Internationalisation," focusing on support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), fostering innovation, strengthening competitiveness, and promoting business internationalisation through access to new markets.
Together with its partners, SERDA will continue implementing activities aimed at strengthening local communities. A new call for applications under the Mozaik Orange Grants programme is expected to be launched soon, providing young people with an opportunity to develop future-oriented skills by implementing their own projects.
The training was organised as part of the SPRING programme, jointly implemented by the Sarajevo Regional Development Agency (SERDA), the Mozaik Foundation, and EDA – Enterprise Development Agency. The SPRING programme is funded by Sweden.
