Project Description

The E4EO project addresses some of the key challenges faced by companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina that affect their competitiveness and growth potential, including:

a shortage of qualified workforce;
the need for digitalisation and the adoption of new technologies;
the need to adapt to green economy principles.
The specific objective of the project is to increase employment opportunities by supporting companies in creating new jobs and strengthening their capacities and workforce, particularly through education and skills development for the application of new technologies that contribute to increasing companies’ competitiveness.
