Representatives of the SPRING programme participated in the Nordic-BH Forum 2026, held from 23 to 25 October in Copenhagen and Malmö.
Participation in the Forum focused on the SPRING programme’s internationalisation activities, establishing connections with relevant stakeholders from the Nordic countries, exchanging experiences and identifying opportunities that could support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from Bosnia and Herzegovina in accessing international markets.
The Nordic-BH Forum brought together representatives from the business sector, institutions, the academic community and the Bosnian-Herzegovinian diaspora in the Nordic countries. The event provided a platform for networking and discussions on innovation, digitalisation, entrepreneurship and cross-border cooperation. The Forum was also attended by the Ambassadors of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Sweden, Denmark and Norway, further highlighting the importance of strengthening ties between Bosnia and Herzegovina, its diaspora and Nordic partners.
The SPRING representatives placed a special emphasis on establishing contacts with organisations, companies and experts who could contribute to future internationalisation efforts. These connections may prove valuable for knowledge exchange, linking with potential partners, promoting innovative companies and developing new forms of cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Nordic countries.
Participation in the Forum contributes to strengthening internationalisation capacities and creating practical opportunities for SMEs from Bosnia and Herzegovina. The organisers announced that the third edition of the Nordic-BH Forum will take place in Copenhagen in 2027, providing an opportunity to maintain established contacts and further develop cooperation with partners from the Nordic countries.
